  • The duration of therapy varies for each individual and depends on your unique goals and needs. Some clients find relief and achieve their objectives in a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. The pace of therapy is a collaborative decision, and we'll regularly assess progress together. Ultimately, the goal is to provide the support you need for as long as you find it beneficial, empowering you to navigate life with increased resilience and well-being.
